1st Week

Act Confidently

For the act confidently first of all I write a speech about the introduction of my self and made a speech in front of mirror and then on the rostrum. I face many difficulties while making a speech, after 20 to 30 second I unconsciously stopped, and sometimes I forget what I write about my self.

After many attempts finally I made it. I made a speech without stopping and losing my control. After all it is great experience I learned try again and again don't lose hope, you can made it after some time.

2nd Week

I Challenge negative and anxious thoughts.

I challenge my negative and anxious thoughts by doing several things. The first step I take is to notice and stop my negative thoughts or “self-talk.” Self-talk is what you think and believe about yourself and your experiences. It’s like a running commentary in your head. Your self-talk may be rational and helpful. Or it may be negative and not helpful.

The next step I taken is to replace my unhelpful thoughts with helpful ones. Keeping a journal of your thoughts is one of the best ways to practice stopping, asking, and choosing your thoughts. It makes you aware of your self-talk. Write down any negative or unhelpful thoughts you had during the day. If you think you might not remember them at the end of your day, keep a notepad with you so that you can write down any thoughts as they happen. Then write down helpful messages to correct the negative thoughts.

3rd Week

Increase my vocabulary of English and Urdu.
